It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the S-Bahn, then the train takes about 30 minutes to the stop "Riem". From there it takes another 10 minutes to get to the concert.

Yes we are in walking distance. You can take the s train to Munich LAIM and walk to the hotel in 10 min. The S-Trains will also take you to the main places in munich city.

in case of a check in after the reception closes the best way is to notify us via email or telephone about Your late arrival and tell us a 4-digit Code of Your choice, which You can then use on our keybox to let the key fall out.
You can certainly send a bottle to us. Just write the guests name on the parcel so that we know who to handle it. Best regards and a nice day.
